D&D 5e revised, or why I don't care anymore

Hello, just a quick post to inform you that I will not talk about the revised edition of 5e D&D, nor I will make homebrews for it. So far I didn't like what I saw and I don't like where it is going. Plus, I own most of the og 5e manuals, I like the system and I know it well enough to homebrew the fixes it needs. On top of that, there is enough 3rd party content to fuel it forever.

Is all of the revised edition bad? I don't think so. But I'm not supporting it, I'm not even pirating it. I don't really care. I don't like the direction WotC has taken and I don't wish them commercial success with this new leg of the journey. Most of the people who made 5e are gone or going away from the company. It's truly the end of an era, the great resurgence of the world's most famous ttrpg, its downfall and the advent of smaller games.

I'll love D&D forever, don't get me wrong. But the dragon needs sleep now, and it should nest in its dungeon.
